History of the Fidelity SPS & TruScribe Relationship

Since 2013, Fidelity SPS has been partnering with TruScribe to create whiteboard videos that explain important stock plan information to participants. Clients loved the videos from the beginning, so much so that they began requesting that the videos could be branded to their specific company. One of the first such clients was Baker Hughes. The branded ESPP video TruScribe created helped Baker Hughes win a GEO Best in Financial Education award in 2014.

Steps to initiate a project
1 Connect with Corey Erickson, your TruScribe account manager. He will help you find the right option for you.
2 Decide upon scope and project fit and Corey will generate a SOW and send it to you for e-signature
3 Sign SOW digitally via RightSignature.Com link provided by Corey
4 Schedule and hold the kickoff call. Normal kickoff call time slots are M-F at 3pm or 4pm EST. The purpose of the KO call is purely administrative and typically takes 30-45 minutes.

2 PROJECT TYPES: CLIENT BASE VIDEO REFILM & CUSTOM VIDEO
Client Base Video Refilm Custom Video
Scope A client base video refilm is when we update a base video with client information (inserting company name into visuals, Intro/Outro Screen, logo, accent color, digital disclaimer, enrollment dates, prices). A base video refilm DOES NOT include any new creative image concepts. A base video refilm is meant to be accomplished in one round of revisions. A custom video is exactly that: custom! Meaning, You can have the script and imagery be anything you want it to be. A custom video doesn’t have to correlate to the base video in any way. It doesn't even need to be filmed on a whiteboard - we can produce media of all types as needed for client fit.
Price The length of the base video is the biggest factor that will determine the cost. For example, a refilm of a 4-minute base video (with professional voiceover and digital color matching) will cost between $4,000 - $6,000. E.G. a 4-minute custom video (with professional voiceover and digital color matching) will likely cost between $10,000 - $12,000.
